More than massage

Our treatments are unlike any massage you’ve experienced. Our therapists treat every guest as an individual, adapting the massage to your needs rather than simply following a formula.

Each of our own treatments has been exclusively developed to achieve a particular effect on body and soul. Sleep & Dream, for example, induces complete peace and relaxation, inspiring a wonderful, refreshing sleep. Ebb & Flow focuses on releasing tension in the joints, and relieving pain. Now & Forever revives and revitalizes, stretching and awakening your body to leave you ready for anything.

We’ve also designed our own range of body products especially for this spa, including a different massage oil to suit each treatment. Inspired by local flowers, our products have been made for us here in Sweden, using only organic ingredients and absolutely no chemicals. Our facial products are all from The Organic Pharmacy.

Gym

We believe spas and gyms make perfect partners. So as well as our massages and treatments, we also offer a fully equipped Fitness Centre.

As well as all the latest Life Fitness equipment, the Centre has wonderful panoramic views across the city. There’s also a private studio for yoga, stretch and other activities, including personal training, and healthy refreshment at The Fitness Bar. For the seriously sporty, golf, tennis and other sports are all close at hand.
